How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Grossears Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Grossears Tree Service went
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If something goes wrong with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. One limit to keep in mind: Grossears Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@grossears.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
